The History Of Jade

Jade or jadeite, to be precise, has always been revered Asians as a symbol of good luck, good health and strength to resist evil spirit. In addition very mythical character of the stone, and despite the many misconceptions about what can be called by this term, jade, pearl luster and rigid and stable nature, remains a very precious value conscious and conscious of the Status equal Despite the fact that the Chinese have had an affair with Jade over the past thousands of years, the largest jade deposits are not in China, and on top of Burma, which exports raw jade (Myanmar Jade) to China and Hong Kong, in particular, for further processing.

Jade has been prized in China as the gemstone, "yu" real for 5,000 years. Jade character resembles a capital I with a line through the center: the top represents the sky, the bottom of the earth, and the central part of humanity. The word "yu" is used in China to call something precious, as in English we use gold. Jade was thought to preserve the body after death and can be found in Imperial tombs for thousands of years. A tomb contained all the garment made of jade, to ensure the physical immortality of its owner. For thousands of years, jade was a symbol of love and virtue, as well as a symbol of status.

In Central America, the Olmecs, Mayans, Toltecs all were also engraved with jade and used for carvings and masks. The Aztecs were a tax on jade, which unfortunately led to the recycling of previous works.

The history of jade in Europe is not so different. Although prehistoric shafts and jade carved leaves were found by archaeologists, most Europeans were not familiar with jade as a gemstone jewelry for use until the sixteenth century when jade objects were imported from China, and Later in Central America.

The Portuguese, who brought home pieces of jade from their settlement in Canton, China, called jade "piedre de ilharga", or stone spines, because they thought this strong medicine for kidney disease. Jade was brought back to Spain from the New World were named the Spanish version of the phrase "Piedra de hijada". It was the French "ejade", and then, finally, the jade.

How to Acid Stain a Concrete Wall

How to Acid stain a concrete wall

When it comes to acidic dyes and concrete walls are unique challenges. Most of acid dirt available for concrete water consistency. When you try to apply that acid dyeing to the wall, it will not adhere, but will run down the wall and will be on all the floor. If you would like to add depth and color to your concrete wall, there is a solution, nonetheless. To achieve a beautiful acid-stained smart concrete wall, perform the following steps.

Look for a supplier to color the concrete acid gel. If you are searching on the internet, enter "gel concrete acid stained" Source gel Specific acid stain is included in the following resources.

Select color or colors. Concrete acid dyeing work by chemical action on concrete. These acid stains made from natural minerals. Although the colors are limited, they perform a lush brown range like avacado. You can apply a second coat to change the appearance of a specific color or achieve a dark color by overlaying mixed colors with other colors. Please note that cement only, acidic dyes will not work with sand or rock. If your "concrete" wall is a mixture of rock and concrete, you can not get the required appearance by acid staining.

Prep the wall. Acid dyeing can not be used if the wall was previously waterproofed. If your concrete wall has some paint residue, varnish or adhesive, apply paint or adhesive strippers made to remove the problem residue before applying dirt it must be used. Including residues or arbitrary regions will not accept any acid dyeing if it affects the color of your acid dyeing or is not properly deleted.

Prep your work area. Because you are working with an acid, which could damage any surface you want to mask, cover any surrounding surfaces you want to mask and protect. If you are working indoors, the floor near your concrete wall, wooden trim and ceiling should be covered. If you are working with a retaining wall on the street, if you are not staining the surface as well, you would like to cover concrete walking under the wall.

Please wear protective clothing. You need rubber gloves, old working clothes, sunglasses, and apply gel concrete acid dyeing. You are working with acid. When it stains your clothes, if you happen to contact with him, it will irritate the skin and eyes.

Apply gel stained acid concrete. Gel dyeing has consistency of thickness pudding. I believe it is easy to operate with the help of putting some paint into the tray. To apply dirt, please use foaming brush or paint pad. If you are using one color, apply a uniform layer all over. A Gallon of gel acid stain contains from 200 to 300 square feet, depending on how your porous wall is. Depending on the type you want, if you are using two colors, you can overlap random patterns to create a "marble" appearance. You can even use their creativity to make the patterns like sun, diamond, or something more complicated.

The gel hardens the concrete acid dyeing on the wall according to the instructions on packaging. Cure time within the range of the minimum value from 2 to 8 hours. If you work outdoors on a concrete, make sure the wall is protected from rain and water during curing time. Wall treatment modifies the appearance of white residue and color on the wall you notice puff. This is normal.

Neutralize the concrete acid stain. After curing, time has passed, you are a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and water, you can neutralize acid dyeing. Please use 1 or 2 tablespoons of sodium bicarbonate per gallon of water. I use a pump up sprayer and spray the mixture of baking soda on the wall from the top down. I used a large sponge soaked the sponge mixture so that it sprayed like running down the wall and not compromising the following colors. Assistant store VAC is used to collect lips-free mixture. If you are working with the outside of the wall and not very concerned about the mess, you can saturate the mixture and the concrete walls with your own spray bottle.

Please clean the wall. When you neutralize the wall, it cleans the wall and uses clean water to remove all the residue. Use a nylon brush to remove stubborn residues.

It can be dried. The walls are allowed to dry thoroughly before sealing. This may take up to 24 hours depending on the climate.

I admire the wall of a new acid dyeing concrete! Acid Dyeing The wall of concrete is easy and fun to do. Once you master the art of acid-dyed concrete, all the walls of your home may be concrete!

For just as in 1914, the Swedes discovered a mixture of cement, lime, water and sand, just like regular concrete buy adding aluminium power. This last material gives the Autoclaved Aerated Precast Concrete expansion properties.

Lightweight precast concrete containing air bubbles throughout the material, which in autoclaved aerated concrete block, to obtain a low density of lightweight materials in an autoclave oven.

Can be cut with a saw blade, it manages to be able to easily perforated. The reason for its characteristics, compressive strength of concrete, moisture content, bulk density test, you need to check for shrinkage tests. In particular, it is possible to use walls, floor, roof panel block, the lintel.

Properties of Aerated Concrete

Autoclaved Aerated concrete block, solid block of lightweight associated with the adhesive, has been reinforced with additional steel strength. AAC has a very high insulation value ensures excellent sound insulation barrier, for this reason, they are used in the construction of the above type. Extra large solid rectangular prism, the precast autoclaved aerated concrete wall laid with a mortar with a thin layer, there has been autoclaved. Installed units shall be protected from direct exposure to moisture by using a coating material.

Aerated Concrete Benefits and Applications

When using the AAC are some of the benefits that you get is the following:
  • Excellent thermal protection, at about 1.25 inches. The thermal conductivity of 6 to 7.5% that of conventional concrete, is to make a very energy-efficient.
  • Since it has a high heat resistance, AAC will have a lower cost of energy.
  • Excellent soundproofing material and acoustic insulation.
  • Aerated concrete provides fire and termite resistance.
  • AAC is manufactured in a variety of shape and sizes.

Lifting

Cranes may use a combination of simple, to get the advantage and lifting machines, mechanical objects. A first lever which is used in the balance-style crane. Girder overhead crane is balanced on a fulcrum that allows you to lift heavy objects with fewer forces. The second style jib crane, which uses pulleys to achieve a mechanical advantage (but note that all cranes use pulleys - in this case, the pulleys are the main source of mechanical advantage). A third method of the crane can lift the objects by a hydraulic cylinder, either directly or by feeding or balance the antenna.

Horizontal Movement

The horizontal movement of the crane can be done one of two ways. First, to install all the device on a rotating axis, and a swing arm or around a supporting beam. This is very common in mobile cranes and derricks used in some building. The second method is to roll the load back and forth on rails along the pen itself. This is very common in stationary cranes in ports and railway stations.

Stability

A final consideration in the operation of cranes is stability. The crane is stable when the sum of all movements on the basis of zero. In practice this means that the size of the nominal load the tap must be less than what would be necessary to tilt the valve. In the United States, the mobile crane can pick up only 85 percent of what it would take to tip the crane bowl. Different definitions of what constitutes an SME based on quantifiable and comparable, for example, number of employees, the level of sales revenue criteria for a certain period, turnover or assets. Thresholds is then installed on each criterion based on the economic structure and industrial heritage. Branches may affect the threshold, as in the US and Canada models. In addition, the organization must be independently owned and operated and is not dominant in its field nationwide. The SBA size standards vary depending on the industry in which the company operates meets North America Industry Classification System. How Does a Portable Generator Work?
How Does a Portable Generator Work?

Portable generators are commonly used during power outages to keep certain elements of your home or commercial property runs continuously until the power is restored. At home, these items may include refrigerators, lighting and heaters.
There are many sizes of generators in myanmar, some small and some large. Portable generators are generally more for home or small business. They just need to be connected to the house, and then all that a person chooses to connect to work, if you have the correct power.

How much power a generator can supply depends on the wattage - the higher the power, the more equipment  it can keep running. Also, remember that more watts is required to some extent, as long as it does to keep it running, so you either have to stagger the start time of your instrument, get the big generators or to run certain things at a certain time and turn them off to start another.

The smaller the generator, the easier it is to move. Nevertheless, many of the larger models are supplied with sets of wheels, that make them so mobile.
Some models can be initiated manually, while others come with an easy to use electric starter.
They come in sizes up to 900 watts which can be used for camping, up to 17,000 or higher range, which could take home. Portable generators run on anything from diesel, propane or gasoline.

Exhaust from the generator can produce toxic carbon monoxide that can kill, if concentrated in relatively high levels. When using a generator, be sure to put in a well-ventilated area.
Other problems include the heat generated by the equipment and a possible electric current.
Avoid the use of the generator in wet areas, and can be used in the rain, if necessary, make a shelter to keep as much water away from it as possible. If you want to views details and buy generators, visits at baganmart.com, which is myanmar business network and myanmar B2B e-commerce platform.

Compressed Air Dryer & Filter Installation

Compressed Air Dryer & Filter Installation
Compressed Air Dryer & Filter Installation

Compressed air dryers and the installation of the filter provides clean, dry compressed air to a equipment that uses air as a motive power. Filter and dry air to protect equipment from damage due to contaminants in the air, such as liquid water, steam, dust in the atmosphere, on a scale from internal surfaces of pipes and breakdown products of lubricants in the air compressor.

Considerations

The compressed air dryer and associated filter are selected based on several considerations. They begin with the volume and pressure of air must be clean and dry. Then look at the environment of the dryer and the filter will be: What are the surrounding temperature; you will be exposed to vibration? Another consideration is in dry form, that is, how low must be compressed air dew point. Availability of service and reliability, and other considerations. Another issue is that requires continued operation of compressed air systems.

Compressed Air Dryers

There are three common types of compressed air dryers: single-tower dryer, regenerative dryer and refrigerated dryer.

The single-tower dryer is filled with a desiccant dissolved deliquescent as it absorbs water vapor. Liquid desiccant must be emptied periodically and replaced with fresh desiccant. This is usually done only a few times a year. A single tower dryer requires no external power source.

Regeneration or two tower dryer, a tower used for drying compressed air, while the other tower dryer having its moisture removed. Dryer dried (regenerated) by means of heat or an air bled off from the active tower. Regenerative dryer is used when the flow of compressed air is continuous.

The cooled compressed air dehumidifier using a cooling unit for condensing water vapor in the compressed air and a water separator to remove liquid water. Refrigerated dryer can provide the supply of compressed air with a dew point of 35 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Refrigerated air driers are used for supplying air to the air temperature control systems. They do well in a clean temperature-controlled environment room.

Select the type of compressed air dryer is based on an analysis of its use, positioning, available power and pneumatic equipment served. If more than one type will do the job, then the cost of the initial cost, reliability and maintenance of additional considerations.

Compressed Air Filters

Compressed air filters protect the dryer and the equipment using compressed air from damage. There are two types of filter elements, coalescing and particulate.

Particulate filters remove particles that are not removed by the compressor air pre-filter cleaning and other particles. Coalescing filters pollutants together so that they can be captured by the filter element. Selection of the type of filter used is based on an assessment of the various contaminants that may be present.

They are used in almost all industries from aircraft to automobiles to dairy farming to textiles.

While many types of compressors exist, they all perform the same function which is to increase the pressure and reduce the amount of gas, such as air. The most common type of compressor work by filling a chamber with air, and then reduce the volume of the chamber. They are called positive displacement compressors. They are the most widely available compressors, reciprocating, rotary screw and rotary vane compressors include.

Of all positive compressors, reciprocating compressors of the reciprocating movement or the most widely available on the market and can be found in the range of very high power fraction. These compressors are sold throughout the world wide by many providers of mass and variety of retail outlets.

How To Choose a CNC Cutting Machine

To select a CNC cutting machine more suitable, we must consider the following factors: the width of the cutting structure, the height adjustment mode cutoff mode. They burner may also be mounted together on request.

1). Cutting Breadth

Cutting width refers to the width and length of the effective cutting.
1) Take portable type as example, when our machine is installed on the plate should be considered Teo aspects: a, the size of the workpiece, you should make sure that the machine can cut in an hour; b, width of plate. When machine is placed on the plate, effective cutting width should be as long as plate width, in order to reduce the frequent movement our portable cutting.
2) On the other type which is the same, reducing the width of our machine is dependent on the characteristics of the plate to be cut. You must make sure that the machine can cut the workpiece during time.Otherwise, it is not convenient to move our machine time and again. For gantry structure, to improve efficiency, you can put two plates in the longitudinal direction or in the transverse direction at the same time.

2). Structure

We have a portable, cantilever, gantry and table type.
Portable console and type: easy to transport and install, compact, low cost. But effective width of the cut is limited.
Gantry type, good rigidity, cutting width can be up to 3-10m. But that need high requirements for precision and special plant installation area.
Table type is an integral part of the structure, with a fast and accurate placement, but the extent of the cut is limited.

3). Cutting Mode

Cutting mode can be classified from different perspectives:
Flame cutting, plasma cutting, two flame and plasma cutting;
Dry type plasma cutting and Under water plasma cutting;
CNC and Strip Cutting Machine (Linear cutting machine);
CNC intersection cutting (cutting pipe).

4). Torch Height adjusting mode

Regardless of the fact that the flame or plasma cutting, all that we need to ensure that the distance between the torch and the plate is most suitable for the best cut quality and extend the life of the cutting nozzle.

Torch height setting mode:
1). Manual adjustment
the wheel via the driving gear rack torch to adjust the height of the torch.

2). Electric adjusting
Click through the motor controller drive torch up and down.
The above statement, so you need to adjust the height of the torch.

3). Capacitive height controller for flame cutting
On the one hand, this device can automatically adjust the height of the torch to maintain a constant height; On the other hand, after preheating, when we open the high pressure cutting oxygen, there will be slag spatter. Thus it is easy to jam cutting nozzle. With the device before opening the high-pressure oxygen, torch is mounted in advance. After slag splashing down the torch itself, so that avoid nozzle jam.

4). Arc voltage height controller for plasma cutting
On the one hand, speed of plasma cutting very quickly, on the other hand, the plasma arc is very dazzling. As consequence, if traders are watching the distance between the cutting torch and the plate, at all times, they can not catch up with the cutting speed and your eyes can not see for the plasma arc long time..This still difficult, if the plate is very thin. So, which usually set the device by using plasma cutting.
